Silver Jwelery Costing
Costing of the silver jewelry is done on
the basis of the weight of the product mentioned along with each product
details.
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity would be two
dozens ( 25 pieces ) per design per color.
Delivery Period
- Minimum time for dispatch of order for any product and any size
would be 2 weeks.
- Time would be calculated from the date of confirmation of order
and receipt of initial payment.
- Start date would be duly notified to the customer.
- Maximum time would vary with size of the order and type of
designs.

We ship orders by almost all modes like
sea, air, aircouries as desired by our clients
Air Freight
This is the most preferred mode of shipping it takes around 4-7 days for
the consignment to reach the desired port anywhere across the world.
Sea Freight
This is an inexpensive way of sending the goods across the globe. It takes
around 4-6 weeks to reach the desired destination. Shipping costs are almost
1/10th of the airfreight.
Air couriers
For small shipment less that 20 kgs air courier is most preferred mode of
shipping. We also arrange to send the order even if you have any prior
arrangements with any shipping company
Payment Terms
- We accept 100% advance payment against the order.
- For orders above 1000$ flexible payment terms can be offered.
- All rates are for a single piece and in US $.
- All rates are FOB Delhi i.e. shipping would be extra.

We accept all credit cards except ameiacan Express. For payment throught
credit card we would send across an order form on which payment can be made.
All payment through credit card would be liable of a surcharge of 5% which
would be mentioned in order form.

Return Policy
We take due care to consistently deliver
high quality products, in case of any complaints about the quality of the
product within 30 days of dispatch, we would refund full charges of product
in the proceeding order.
Sampling Policy
We don't offer free samples. Buyers have
to pay for the samples initially but in case of a commercial order we
promise to adjust entire value of samples ordered not mounting to more than
10% of the value of the commercial order.
Packaging Policy
We provide high quality packaging to
match the international standards. Products are packed in batches of 6/12
pieces in an corrugated box with a wool base. These inner boxes are further
placed in larger corrugated boxes of 9 ply. Our products travel through
continents so every minutest detail is taken care to maintain their quality.
We also undertake customized packaging as per the requirement of the
customer for additional charges.
